Our Services

  • Supported independent home living/or shared living.

We offer support and encouragement with all aspects of daily living. These include tasks such as shopping, food preparation, healthy eating, leading a healthy lifestyle, banking, budgeting and all other aspects of finance and debt management. We also provide support with safety in the home, dealing with correspondence and attending appointments. We give advice and guidance on maintaining emotional wellbeing, building relationships, spiritual and cultural needs, risk taking, making choices and decisions.

  • Community Support.

Community Support can be for people who are living either with their families, in residential care or in supported living.

We provide support to help clients get to know and make connections with their community and to participate in a range of social, educational and leisure activities that build confidence, self-esteem and develop independence. We will make every effort to support the choices they make.

We offer training and support for those wanting to achieve greater independence when using buses or trains for travel.

  • Support finding and moving into accommodation.

Supporting Options support people to get their own tenancies with either private landlords, housing associations, or through the council. Supporting Options often helps people to move out of their family home or residential home so that they can achieve greater independence. We can support all stages of moving, including planning, benefit and grant applications, budgeting, exploring transport links and the local area.

  • Tenancy related support.

We guide our clients through their tenancy agreements, helping them understand, maintain and look after their homes.

  • Work Related Support.

Supporting Options can help and encourage people to gain voluntary and paid work. We help clients find a job and support them through their careers.

  • Supported Holidays.

A couple of times a year we offer service users the opportunity to go on a fully supported holiday. This can be in the U.K or abroad.

  • Activity Days.

We support people to plan trips and activities of their choice, whether individually or as a group. The preparation can be as exciting as the activity, researching different venues on the internet, planning the bus route, or the train journey.

It is important that service users get to enjoy special moments and this gives them a chance to break away from their daily routine.

  • Personal Development.

We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity and experiences necessary to grow and develop as a person. Our services are person centred and seek to promote independence while providing the appropriate level of support, advice, and guidance.

  • Bespoke Solutions.

Being a small team allows us the flexibility to support you in the way that you choose. We try to ensure that people are only ever supported by someone that knows them well. We tailor any solutions to meet individual needs taking account of unique circumstances and situations.
